چکیده

Crop straw contains huge amounts of exploitable energy, and efficient biomass degradation measures have attracted worldwide attention. Mining strains with high yields cellulose-degrading enzymes is great significance for developing clean energy industrial production related enzymes. In this study, we reported a high-quality genome sequence Bacillus velezensis SSF6 strain using high-throughput sequencing technology (Illumina PE150 PacBio) assessed its lignocellulose potential. The results demonstrated that the B. was 3.89 Mb contained 4,015 genes, which 2,972, 3,831 158 genes were annotated in COGs (Clusters Orthologous Groups), KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes) CAZyme (Carbohydrate-Active enZymes) databases, respectively, large number to carbohydrate metabolism. Furthermore, has cellulose capacity, filter paper assay (FPA) an exoglucanase activity 64.48 ± 0.28 78.59 0.42 U/mL, respectively. Comparative genomic analysis depicted richer hydrolase gene. conclusion, ability revealed by determination cellulase activity, laid foundation further bioconversion.

Isolation and Identification of Acrylamide Degrading Bacteria from Soil

Acrylamide is an aliphatic amide, which is produced by industrial processes and during heating of food. It is neurotoxic and a suspected carcinogen. In the present study an attempt was made to isolate acrylamide degrading bacteria from soil. The optimum growth conditions and physiological characteristics for the isolated acrylamide degrading bacteria were investigated. The isolated bacterium wa...

High-Quality Draft Genome Sequences of Four Lignocellulose-Degrading Bacteria Isolated from Puerto Rican Forest Soil: Gordonia sp., Paenibacillus sp., Variovorax sp., and Vogesella sp.

Here, we report the high-quality draft genome sequences of four phylogenetically diverse lignocellulose-degrading bacteria isolated from tropical soil (Gordonia sp., Paenibacillus sp., Variovorax sp., and Vogesella sp.) to elucidate the genetic basis of their ability to degrade lignocellulose. These isolates may provide novel enzymes for biofuel production.
